Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Email hello@mushroomlamps.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders ship in minimal kraft packaging that's already gift-ready. A handwritten gift note option is available at checkout.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at hello@mushroomlamps.com to start a return.
My lamp arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund immediately.
Lamp care
How do I clean my lamp?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid moisture and do not submerge. Unplug before cleaning.
Can I leave my lamp on overnight?
Yes. Our lamps use low-heat LEDs designed for extended use. They're safe to leave on through the night.
How long do the LEDs last?
The LEDs are rated for approximately 50,000 hours of use.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment options available through Shopify Checkout, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout system, which uses industry-standard encryption.
