Not the right fit? Returns are simple and straightforward.
Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return. Sale items marked as final are also non-returnable.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@mushroomlamps.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or wrong items
If your lamp arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We'll make it right immediately.
